A fabricator of seating and related products for the medical and dental industries based in Menomonee Falls, WI recently decided to expand its warehousing capabilities. They located a nearby facility that served their needs — except that the warehouse only had three existing docks and they required five.
A contractor was hired to knock out openings in the concrete wall to create two additional dock doors, and local NOVA dealer Russ Abitz of Abitz Loading Dock Services was engaged to provide the framed door openings and loading dock equipment. Russ provided the customer with a full complement of NOVA products to ensure safe, efficient loading operations: dock seals, hydraulic levelers with new concrete pits, dock lights and Truck Locks. The installation process went smoothly and was completed very quickly, and the customer's new dock operations were up and running prior to their deadline.
